Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day company operations across departments — production, packaging, delivery, accounting, and marketing.
  • Monitor market outstanding and prepare recovery plans in coordination with the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Ensure quality control in production and packaging materials.
  • Supervise inventory management and delivery scheduling.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for data accuracy and reporting.
  • Support and evaluate marketing activities and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare management reports, Excel summaries, and presentations for internal reviews.
  • Lead and manage a team of 50+ employees, ensuring discipline and motivation across departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, management, or leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial coordination.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
