Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for the position of B2B Head. The B2B Head will focus on developing and managing business relationships, driving sales strategies, and overseeing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a team to achieve sales goals, analyzing market trends to inform business decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to create and maintain strong B2B alliances.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to guide business development teams
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess market trends and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Familiarity with the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage
