We are looking for dynamic professionals to drive domestic B2B sales across our key product lines:

  • Brass & Bronze Ingots
  • Brass & Bronze Rods/Bars (Extrusions)
  • Brass Sheets / Coils

A leading, family-run non-ferrous metal processing company with over five decades of expertise. Renowned as one of India's largest producers of high-quality brass products for industrial applications.

Position: AM/Manager Domestic Metals Sales (Brass / Bronze Products)

Experience: 5-12 years in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in metals / non-ferrous metals / industrial manufacturing

Location: Jaipur

Reporting To: Sales Head / Senior Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales of Brass & Bronze Ingots, Rods/Bars, and Sheets/Coils in domestic markets
  • Develop new business opportunities in untapped regions and industrial segments
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close orders
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing intelligence
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and customer-wise action plans
  • Represent the product line at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate regular MIS/sales reports and market feedback for management

What Were Looking For:

  • 5-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in metals / industrial rods, bars, ingots, or sheets
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
