Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Talent Acquisition at Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd., located in Jaipur. The Head of Talent Acquisition will oversee the entire hiring process, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, enhance employer branding, and manage graduate recruitment programs. The role involves conducting interviews, collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
- Proficiency in developing Employer Branding strategies
- Skilled in Interviewing candidates and managing Graduate Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a talent acquisition leadership role
