Role Description
This is an
on-site, full-time role
for a
Sales Executive & Business Development Professional
, located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with
flexible working hours
. The role starts with a
3-month probation period
with a pay of
₹10,000/ month
, followed by a
full-time position with ₹25,000/month
based on performance.
The Sales Executive & Business Development Professional will:
- Engage with potential clients
one-on-one
, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conduct door-to-door sales if required and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Dhruyu's reach.
- Meet sales targets and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
. - Prepare sales reports, participate in meetings, and provide feedback for product improvement and development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
sales, business development, and client relationship management
. - Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
. - Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and participating in sales meetings.
- Prior experience in the
sustainability or eco-friendly products sector
is a plus. - Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
