Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive - Sales at UrbanRoof Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune, your main responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, manage client accounts, and enhance business processes. Your daily tasks will involve building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities - Generate leads to increase sales - Manage client accounts effectively - Improve business processes for better efficiency - Maintain strong customer relationships - Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated skills in new business development and lead generation - Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen - Previous experience in account management - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the construction or building maintenance industry would be an added advantage Please note that immediate joiners are preferred, starting from 29th Sep 2025.
