Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Researching target industries, identifying potential clients, and initiating contact through methods like cold calling and cold emailing to discover new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with existing and new business clients. Needs Assessment & Solution Development: Understanding a client's business challenges and needs to develop and present tailored solutions, products, or services that add value to their operations. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and detailed proposals to key stakeholders. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts and pricing terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements and successfully closing deals to generate revenue. Sales Pipeline Management: Tracking and managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final closed deal, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Post-Sale Support: Providing after-sales support, guiding clients through implementation and training, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and drive repeat business. Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic input on sales and marketing initiatives.
