Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Regional Manager B2B, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Regional Manager will oversee and develop business-to-business relationships, manage sales operations, and drive customer acquisition within the region. Key responsibilities include developing strategies for growth, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and leading a regional team to achieve performance goals. The role requires regular engagement with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities, along with collaboration across teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Market Expansion. Should know travel agents in Tamil Nadu and willing to travel across cities of Tamil Nadu.
  • Leadership and Training capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop strategies and monitor market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with the travel industry is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the region as per business requirements
