Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the IT, Pharmaceutical and construction staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.
