We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager/Executive to join Aalgorix. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with colleges, universities, and institutions to drive partnerships, collaborations, and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, generating new opportunities, and representing Aalgorix's solutions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and institutions for collaborations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to benefit company growth.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and business development targets.
  • Represent Aalgorix in meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
