Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate who will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing corporate relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to blend creativity with business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate gifting, retail partnerships, and institutional sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates and retail partners.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the design team to develop customized fashion accessory solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and after-sales service.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches with attention to detail and creative flair.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to spot growth opportunities.
- Represent the brand in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or gifting industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A creative bent of mind with the ability to understand fashion-driven client needs.
- Eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality proposals and client interactions.
- Well-spoken, confident, and presentable for dealing with senior corporate officials.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
