Business Development Executive

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in IndiaMART Sulekha Justdial or similar platforms The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads acquiring clients and achieving monthly sales targets Key Responsibilities Identify research and generate new business opportunities through calls emails and online portals Pitch company services SEO Digital Marketing Online Listings Ads etc to potential clients Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell cross-sell services Understand business requirements and align solutions accordingly Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently Maintain client data and reports in CRM Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field 1-3 years of experience in Business Development Sales Lead Generation Prior experience in IndiaMART Sulekha Justdial or similar B2B portals is highly preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of sales process and target-driven approach Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
