Designation Business Development Intern IT Sales Experience Fresher Please do not apply if you are pursuing a degree currently No of openings 2 More Details We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern fresher with a Bachelor s degree who is eager to learn execute and grow with us long-term The ideal candidate is data-driven customer-focused and possesses strong communication and leadership skills to support our IT services sales build client relationships and drive business growth More Details This is a 6-month on-site internship and candidates must be available to complete the full duration There is potential for a full-time role based on performance after the internship The role offers limited flexibility with the option to work remotely 1-2 days a week Working hours are 8 hours per day Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities and Opportunities 1 Lead Generation and Prospecting Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels such as research networking and outreach Collaborate with the team to implement lead-generation strategies and initiatives such as email marketing Support in promoting company services to prospects both cold and warm leads with a focus on IT Solutions Contribute to maintaining a robust pipeline of leads to meet sales objectives 2 Support in Client Relationship Management Aid in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships Assist in understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly especially in the context of IT Products and Services Provide support in pre-sales and post-sales activities Utilize CRM tools to streamline and manage client interactions effectively 3 Sales Support Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and demonstrations Aid in addressing client concerns and objections providing necessary support Contribute to enhancing the grievance redressal mechanism to improve client feedback processes 4 Assist in Proposal Generation Support the team in preparing competitive sales proposals Collaborate with relevant teams to assist in creating accurate project quotes particularly for IT-related projects 5 Contribution to Negotiation and Closing Participate in negotiations to support in closing sales deals Assist in managing contract negotiations and agreements especially concerning IT Services 6 Market Research Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities through networking events and other strategies Contribute to providing feedback to enhance marketing strategies and product development 7 Sales Reporting Aid in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Assist in generating regular reports on sales performance covering sales across diverse sectors including IT sales 8 Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing technical support and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Completed Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets Ability to adapt to evolving technological landscapes and swiftly integrate new knowledge into sales strategies Analytical mindset to comprehend complex IT Solutions and articulate their benefits to potential clients Location - Noida Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 10 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Location Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Preferred Work Location In person
