International Customer Care Executive

- Support international sales activities and provide product information to customers
- Assist with order processing, shipping, and tracking for international orders
- Conduct customer outreach and follow-up to gather feedback and ensure client retention
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards in all interactions
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights and suggestions for process enhancement
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer care, such as documentation and reporting
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
- Adhere to performance metrics and goals for customer satisfaction and resolution efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
- Proven experience in international customer service or a similar role
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances
- Ability to empathize with customers from diverse backgrounds and adapt communication style accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes is a plus

- Adaptable to flexible work hours to accommodate different time zones
