Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive for our Quality Control Department who will handle and resolve quality-related customer queries efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in FMCG customer care, with a good understanding of quality processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to customer queries and complaints related to product quality.
  • Coordinate with the QC team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Handle customer communication through emails, calls, and messages professionally.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer interactions and QC feedback.
  • Escalate major quality issues to the concerned department for quick action.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and complaints.
  • Support the QC team in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Food Technology / FMCG background).
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG customer care or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling customer communication via email is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (both verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of Quality Control procedures.
  • Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools.
  • Female candidates will be preferred.
