Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Process

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate product/service information.
  • Maintain call quality and follow communication guidelines.

Non-Voice Process

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or tickets.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality in written communication.
  • Update customer information in the system.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills for non-voice positions.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (HSC Pass) are welcome.
