Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to build a strong career in customer support while working with a professional and growth-oriented team.
Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Process
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Maintain call quality and follow communication guidelines.
Non-Voice Process
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or tickets.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in written communication.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills for non-voice positions.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (HSC Pass) are welcome.
