Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Care Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, processing orders, providing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues and order-related concerns are resolved effectively.
- Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
- Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and contribute to retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1– 2 years in customer service / call center / support role.
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, order management systems, etc.).
