Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, phone calls, and email, addressing
inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and followed up in a timely manner.
Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and product
recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Strive for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction rates.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to enhance our products and services.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and continuously improve customer
support processes.
Qualifications:
Any field
1-3 years of proven experience in customer support, specifically in live chat and call support for B2B clients.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalised, solution-orientated support.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to assist customers to the best of your abilities.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
