Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, phone calls, and email, addressing

inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and followed up in a timely manner.

  • Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and product

recommendations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

  • Strive for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction rates.

  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to enhance our products and services.

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and continuously improve customer

support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Any field

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in customer support, specifically in live chat and call support for B2B clients.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalised, solution-orientated support.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to assist customers to the best of your abilities.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
