Front Office Executive

Front Office Executive is responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the reception area by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and guest requests in a professional and courteous manner. The role ensures smooth operations of the front desk, creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requirements.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other modes of guest communication.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and upsell rooms or packages when appropriate.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and security protocols.
- Assist in night audit and daily reports as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (IDS, Opera, or equivalent).
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns tactfully.
- Good grooming standards and professional appearance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Hotel Management or any related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role (hospitality experience preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
