We're on the lookout for a creative, data-loving, and automation-savvy 
Organic Growth Marketing Specialist
 to help us scale our growth engine.

If you enjoy experimenting with new tools, building smart automations (think 
n8n
 or similar), and finding clever ways to boost traffic and visibility without spending a cent on ads — this role is for you

You'll work closely with our content, product, and marketing teams to streamline workflows, improve organic reach, and uncover new ways to attract and engage users.

What you'll do?

  • Build and optimize 
    marketing automations and workflows
     to make our processes smarter and faster.
  • Work on 
    SEO initiatives
     — from keyword research and content optimization to performance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our 
    organic presence
     across search, web, and content channels.
  • Experiment with 
    growth ideas
     and track what's working (and what's not).
  • Dive into data and analytics to uncover insights that can drive organic performance.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on SEO trends, automation tools, and growth tactics.

What we are looking for?

  • 1–3 years of experience in 
    growth marketing
    , 
    digital marketing
    , or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience building automations like 
    n8n
    .
  • A solid understanding of 
    SEO fundamentals
     — on-page, technical, and content-driven.
  • Comfortable working with tools like 
    Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
    .
  • You love experimenting, optimizing, and automating repetitive stuff.
  • You're curious, analytical, and not afraid to try new ideas.
