We are building the next generation of marketing technology for brands and agencies across APAC, MENA, and global markets and we're looking for a data-driven growth marketer to scale our SaaS adoption journey.

Role Overview

The
Growth Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS
will own Viral Pitch's end-to-end growth engine, from demand generation to user activation and retention. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams to create scalable acquisition strategies, optimize funnels, and position Viral Pitch as the go-to SaaS platform for influencer-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns to drive B2B signups, demos, and product adoption.
  • Build and optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
  • Own end-to-end demand generation including Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, and email automation.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure MQL → SQL → Paid conversion alignment.

2. Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Set up marketing analytics dashboards (GA4 etc.) to measure and improve ROI.
  • Track metrics like CAC, LTV, activation rate, churn, and retention.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives for conversion optimization.

3. Product & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Work with product and tech teams to define user journeys and improve onboarding experiences.
  • Build automation workflows to increase user engagement and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) launches for new features or geographies.

4. Content & Brand Marketing

  • Develop content that educates and converts B2B audiences — blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and product decks.
  • Manage brand communication across digital channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, etc.).
  • Create storytelling around customer success and product impact to strengthen brand authority.

5. Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • Build co-marketing programs with agencies, SaaS affiliates, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify influencer, community, and media partnerships to strengthen brand awareness in the SaaS and marketing ecosystem.
