Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth, leveraging analytics to measure and optimize performance, managing projects from inception to completion, and utilizing marketing automation tools for efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and continuously identifying opportunities to expand market reach.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Growth Marketing and hands-on experience in creating and executing innovative strategies for business growth
  • Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance
  • Experience in Project Management to effectively manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and technologies to streamline campaigns and workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • A data-driven mindset and ability to adapt strategies based on insights and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
  • Experience in healthcare or women's wellness sectors will be an added advantage
