Recognized as the Emerging Holiday Tech Company at the India Travel Awards 2023, we've also partnered with international tourism boards to bring world-class experiences to Indian travelers .At our core, we are a fun, performance-driven workplace on a mission to build the next big thing in travel — making holiday planning faster, smarter, and unforgettable.About The RoleWe are looking for a data-driven growth leader who will own Performance Marketing + Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Holidaytribe.This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving high-quality demand through Google & Meta, improving RoAS & funnel conversion, and leading the end-to-end lifecycle marketing agenda across email, WhatsApp, retargeting and automation journeys.You will work closely with Sales, Product and Content teams to build, optimize, and scale growth engines across acquisition, retention and revenue expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingOwn end-to-end paid marketing across Google Ads & Meta AdsPlan, execute & optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, RoAS, funnel conversionLead experimentation across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and biddingBuild and maintain performance dashboards & weekly reviewsMaintain tracking hygiene: GA4, UTMs, pixels, CAPI, CRM integrationScale campaigns efficiently while maintaining/improving RoASCustomer Lifecycle ManagementLead the CLM strategy across Email, WhatsApp & remarketingOwn funnel performance from Lead -> Qualification -> Booking -> RepeatBuild segmentation strategies to nurture leads & re-activate dormant usersWork with automation specialist to improve message flows & conversion journeysDrive CRM analytics and lifecycle experiments (A/B testing, audience scoring etc.)Experience with Zoho Marketing plus or equivalent Marketing automation toolPerformance Metrics You Will DriveCost per Lead (CPL), Cost of Customer Acquisition (CoCA)Return on Ad Spend (RoAS)Lead quality & conversion % across funnel stagesEfficiency in scaling spend while improving outcomesRetention and Reactivation ratesCLM campaign contribution to pipeline and bookingsQualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing + CLM or Growth rolesProven track record running Google & Meta campaigns at scaleExperience with lifecycle automation tools (Zoho/HubSpot/WebEngage/CleverTap etc.)Strong command of segmentation, retargeting, automation flows & funnelsAnalytical, comfortable with data tools (GA4, Sheets/Excel, dashboards)Experience in lead-gen/high-intent funnel environments preferredWho You AreHighly analytical, metrics-driven, and experiment-orientedEnd-to-end growth mindset — from demand generation to conversion & retentionProactive, ownership-driven and comfortable in fast-growth environmentsStrong communicator and team leaderNice to HaveExperience in travel / high-intent lead-gen categoriesUnderstanding of landing page optimization / CROAbility to mentor and build performance team over timeWhy Join UsLead the entire paid growth + lifecycle engineWork closely with leadership & influence business growth strategyHigh-ownership role with measurable, business-critical outcomes
