Growth Marketer
who can drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across the funnel.

What You'll Work On

Full-Funnel Growth

Own growth across awareness → acquisition → activation → retention → reactivation.

Build scalable growth engines through continuous experimentation.

Paid Acquisition

Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Programmatic/DSP.

Manage $100K+/month budgets with strong CAC, ROAS, and LTV goals.

Experimentation & CRO

Build rapid A/B tests across ads, landing pages, funnels, and product surfaces.

Improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs at every stage.

Retention & Lifecycle

Create journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and remarketing.

Increase repeat purchases, user engagement, and LTV.

Analytics & Insights

Track CTR, CAC, ROAS, cohorts, retention, and funnel metrics using GA4, GTM, Firebase, BI dashboards.

Turn data into actionable strategies and growth experiments.

GCC Market Understanding

Leverage insights about GCC consumer behavior and digital trends.

Localize acquisition and retention strategies to regional audiences.

What You'll Need

4+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing (eCommerce/App preferred).

Strong hands-on experience with paid media + experimentation.

Familiarity with CRM, automation, product funnels, and CRO.

Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Firebase, Looker Studio, Mixpanel/Amplitude).

Data-driven, creative, and excellent at cross-team execution.

Passion for eCommerce and solving complex growth challenges.
