About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer who can drive demand, not just clicks. Someone who understands the rhythm of a startup, experiments fast, learns faster, and translates insight into action. You'll work directly with the founder to shape UnleashX's growth narrative, test channels, and build the motion that takes us from early adoption to scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full growth funnel - acquisition, activation, retention, referral.
  • Run campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and email.
  • Test copy, creatives, and channels fast, double down on what works.
  • Build and track conversion funnels in HubSpot / Webflow / Mixpanel.
  • Set up landing pages, run A/B tests, and improve conversion rates.
  • Work with content, product, and sales to align on messaging and metrics.
  • Report insights weekly - what worked, what didn't, what's next.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Strong with numbers, obsessed with ROI, comfortable with tools.
  • Knows how to use AI, automation, and analytics to scale reach.
  • Can write and design - not as an artist, but enough to ship fast.
  • Startup mindset, quick experiments over long presentations.
