Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team of 200+ members, providing guidance and direction to achieve sales targets. This includes setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback to DM's & AM's.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both outbound and inbound channels, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Utilize advanced MIS skills to generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for sales improvement. Should be able to identify data challenges and work on strategies to overcome them
- Should have good experience into any insurance's sales process
- Manage dialer systems effectively to optimize outbound call campaigns, ensuring high productivity and efficiency. Should have campaign management capabilities
- Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team leaders, providing necessary support and resources to improve their effectiveness in managing their teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales processes with broader company operations.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
- Should be able to create presentation and present the same to the client/internal stakeholders
- Should have excellent client management skills
