About the Company

CredenceSoft Pvt. Ltd. provides technology solutions for the hospitality industry, including Property Management Systems (PMS), POS, Channel Management, and related tools used by hotels to manage operations and distribution. Our team works closely with hotels to support their technology adoption and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Mumbai sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for PMS, POS, and other hospitality technology solutions.
  • Identify and onboard new hotel partners within assigned territories.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor team field activities and client visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to improve lead flow and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and performance data.
  • Explore and execute cross-selling opportunities across the company's product lines.
  • Participate in relevant industry events and meetings as required for the role.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales within the hospitality technology or hotel operations domain.
  • Strong understanding of hotel workflows and technology requirements.
  • Prior experience managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client interactions and field activities.
