Your Day-to-Day
1. People Leadership

  • Lead daily sales activities and allocate workload across the portfolio to ensure optimum staffing.
  • Develop and enhance team performance through coaching, feedback, and performance goals.
  • Train team members to deliver revenue targets and maintain brand standards.
  • Recommend or initiate HR-related actions when required.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture across hotels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

2. Financial & Commercial Strategy

  • Deliver all personal and team revenue targets.
  • Support preparation of departmental budgets & marketing plans.
  • Create and implement sales plans to increase occupancy, ADR, volume, F&B, and meeting room sales.
  • Review monthly reports, forecasts, and market trends to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Lead sales blitzes, special events, trade shows, and market activities nationally to drive business.
  • Ensure revenue performance meets or exceeds the annual business plan.

3. Sales & Marketing Impact

  • Implement effective portfolio-wide sales & marketing initiatives.
  • Drive tactical promotions, business segmentation focus, and key account development.
  • Strengthen relationships with corporate, OTA, travel trade, and long-stay segments.
  • Build brand visibility across local and national markets.

4. Guest Experience

  • Provide updated information to improve guest experience (loyalty programs, attractions, F&B etc.).
  • Conduct regular meetings with hotel teams to review sales performance and targets.
  • Ensure departments are aligned on business requirements, forecasts, and guest feedback.
  • Lead marketing efforts to upsell hotel services, packages, and special offerings.

5. Responsible Business

  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, business leaders, and community influencers.
  • Promote sustainable ("green") initiatives to generate new business and brand image.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies/vendors to ensure brand alignment and maximize ROI.
  • Represent the hotel portfolio for media inquiries when required.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance marketing and sales performance.
  • Manage ad-hoc responsibilities as business needs arise.

Accountabilities

  • Top-line ownership for 12 Holiday Inn Express (SAMHI) hotels.
  • Responsible for strategic & tactical business interventions to meet objectives.
  • Regular travel to engage with stakeholders and regional teams.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel/hospitality Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven experience leading multi-property or nationwide sales teams.
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of commercial trends.
  • Fluency in local language(s); additional languages preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
