Talasha has been mandated to hire a
Business Development Manager
for an organisation that curates customised musical experiences for both corporate as well as private events. This fast-growing organisation is led by a notable professional vocalist
Responsibilities -
- Lead Generation -Strategize innovative offline & online ways to reach the right potential clients ie Corporates & High network individuals & pitch the event services
- Build strategic partnerships with various networking groups (wedding planners, corporate HRs, etc) to get access to relevant event leads
- Participate in relevant industry events & engagements to acquire leads
- Reach potential clients via referrals & in-person meetings to present the sales pitch & event demonstrations
- Prepare periodic sales report & report to the management for regular reviews & corrective actions needed
- Up sell and cross sell to existing clients and accounts
- Create efficient SOPs for sales processes - right from sales pitch phase to negotiations & closing of deals
Good to Have -
- Prior experience in business development & sales related to events industry
- Network of corporates & high network individuals in mumbai for business development efforts
CTC - Rs. 10-12LPA (Fixed + variable)
