
Business Development Manager

We are the authorised distributor of Enphase microinverters and battery storage solutions, along with a wide range of solar panels, inverters, and other solar requirements from reputed brands. Our aim is to provide end-to-end solar solutions for installers, EPCs, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for Enphase microinverters, batteries, and other solar products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solar EPC companies, installers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu and expand the distribution network.
- Conduct product presentations, dealer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Achieve sales targets and provide timely market insights to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in solar/renewable energy sector, preferably in sales & distribution.
- Strong knowledge of solar inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Tamil & English).
- Ability to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Solar field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
