Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Managers for multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. You will play a critical role in expanding our market footprint and achieving regional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned region through proactive business development.
  • Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as industrial, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and close orders in line with company targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, present technical proposals, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including estimation, design, and project management to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and contractors to influence project decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and regional industrial activity.
  • Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Experience: 6–12 years of B2B sales experience in PEB / Steel Structures / EPC / Infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of pre-engineered steel building systems, structural steel fabrication, and construction processes.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and result-driven approach.
  • Ability to independently manage the sales cycle and regional accounts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Locations & Regional Focus

We are hiring for the following locations:

  • West India: Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, Pune
  • South India: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
  • Central India: Bhopal

Candidates with experience and established networks in these regions will be given preference. Local language proficiency is a plus.
