Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing and analyzing sales reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and target achievement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Pune
