Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in industrial or medical product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Nagpur region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and market research.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in B2B / institutional sales, preferably in the medical or industrial gas industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent field work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within the Nagpur region for client meetings and business development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (medical gas or oxygen cylinder industry preferred).

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹35,000.00 per month
