bEarly Technovations Pvt. Ltd. develops AI-integrated products to simplify complex diagnoses and manage gait disorders and other neurological, orthopedic conditions.

Our flagship product, paceB, is an AI-powered Gait Analysis Device with a Cloud platform that captures and stores real-time data. Its AI Algorithm facilitates early diagnosis of complex Gait Disorders, such as Parkinson's Disease and Stroke. We have a strong pipeline of upcoming products.

paceB is validated and used by top Neurologists and Physical Medicine Specialists at India's leading hospitals including AIIMS, Apollo Hospitals and Gleneagles Hospitals. We are funded by the SASTRA ABLEST Incubator through The Govt. of Tamil Nadu, the Department of Science and Technology, the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme, and angel investors based in the USA and Singapore.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Manager-Sales

The Senior Manager- Sales will identify potential customers for paceB and our other upcoming products, convert prospects to customers, build lasting relationships with customers and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
The individual will pitch, lead negotiations, monitor account performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role also involves strategizing to meet sales targets, resolving client concerns, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.

  • We're looking for an Engineering graduate in Biotechnology, Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedicine or similar fields- who's passionate about
    healthcare technology
    and eager to build a career in
    field sales and clinical engagement
    .
  • Prior experience is nice to have but not mandatory.
    We will train you.
  • Passion and interest in field sales and engagement is a MUST. (This is not a desk role, and not a remote role)
  • We have a maximum budget of Rs.40000 per month + attractive incentives upto Rs.15000 per month for this role.
  • Strong communication skills -in English and Tamil.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
