Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Regional Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Senior Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and leading a sales team
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
