Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives, managing sales teams, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes overseeing sales operations and performance metrics, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
