Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
- Ensuring timely delivery and resolving any shipment-related issues.
- Staying up-to-date with international trade laws, customs, and import/export regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the export process
- Managing export documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating shipments and logistics to various international destinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in export handling, logistics, or international trade (2+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with export regulations and documentation procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
