Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to manage our international sales operations, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients in the yarn and textile industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales, a deep understanding of international markets, and the ability to manage the end-to-end export process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic export sales plans to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard new international clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Oversee contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of international orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation and adherence to all international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and report on export sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build new partnerships.
- Stay current with international trade laws, logistics trends, and developments in the global yarn and textile markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 56 years of proven experience in export sales within the yarn or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed export sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages will be considered a strong advantage.
