Job Summary:
The Manager – Export Marketing will be responsible for driving international business growth by identifying global market opportunities, developing export strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of export as we as back office operations. The role demands strong communication skills, front-line sales capability, and hands-on experience in export documentation and logistics for seamless customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development – Export Markets
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets and customers.
- Generate export leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, Google, trade portals, exhibitions, and distributor networks.
- Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve export sales targets.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, trends, and customer preferences.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Manage existing international customers and develop long-term business relations.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with overseas clients for project discussions and negotiations.
- Resolve customer queries, pricing requests, and technical clarifications in coordination with internal teams.

3. Sales & Performance Reporting
- Prepare monthly sales reports, MIS, order forecasts, and territory-wise performance dashboards.

- Strategic thinking, result-oriented mindset, and customer-first approach.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Commerce / Marketing.
- MBA in International Business or Marketing (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in export marketing, preferably in steel wire ropes, engineering, or heavy equipment industry.
