- Manage logistics and transportation for export shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust export strategies.
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams to meet international standards.
- Resolve any export-related issues or customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on export performance and market analysis.
- Supervise and lead the export sales and support teams.
- Ensure accurate and updated export documentation and records.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's sugar products.
- Monitor and optimize export-related costs and expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sugar export management or related international trade roles.
- Deep understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of global sugar market dynamics and pricing trends.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing international sales contracts.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management for international shipments.
