Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager/Executive to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for our entire organization (or specific lines of business). You will lead marketing campaigns, manage budgets, oversee marketing teams, and analyze performance metrics to grow brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, events, print, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage content creation, advertising, PR, and event coordination.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure professional growth and project success.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (4–7+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry: e.g., tech, retail, hospitality, etc.]
