Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive located in Lucknow. The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and coordinating with the visual design team to align social media content with business goals. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, staying updated on social media trends, and ensuring a strong online presence and boosting the same with organic strategies.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Social Media trends and ways to achieve organic growth
  • Creative mindset and ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Should have minimum 1 year of proven experience working in a digital agency environment
