Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our company's social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, posting, analytics, and building online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
  • Handle daily audience engagement, including comments, messages, and community building.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creatives, videos, and campaigns.
  • Run basic ad campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all digital activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Good communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to create fresh, original content ideas.
  • Basic understanding of social media ads and insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Proven portfolio of social media content (preferred).
