Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow for a Social Media Manager. The individual will manage and execute social media strategies, oversee content creation, optimize platforms for engagement, and implement social media marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will monitor analytics to guide future strategies and ensure alignment with brand goals. Collaboration with teams and contributing creative ideas for social media growth will be central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to drive audience engagement and build strong online communities.
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to create compelling content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Experience in Content Strategy development and execution, aligning with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for success.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in social media management, especially in the media or film production industry, is a plus.
