Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive and trend-smart Social Media Manager who can ideate, script, manage and scale brand presence across social platforms.

You will be involved in planning content calendars, writing high-engagement scripts & captions, coordinating with designers/editors, analyzing performance insights and ensuring consistent growth in reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan monthly content calendars & end-to-end social media execution

  2. Script writing for reels, campaigns & storytelling video concepts

  3. Create captions, content ideas and creative communication angles

  4. Analyze platform insights & optimize content for growth

  5. Engage with audience, manage posting schedules, improve reach

  6. Coordinate with designers & video editors for final deliverables

  7. Track trends, competitor activities & implement fresh ideas

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in Social Media Marketing & SMO
  2. Strong writing + creative thinking + script ideation skills
  3. Knowledge of platform analytics & reporting
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing trends
  5. Ability to collaborate with creative + performance teams
  6. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred (not mandatory)
