Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media Marketing professional
to manage our online presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage daily social media operations – posting, monitoring, responding to comments/messages.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams for visuals, copy, and campaign planning.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Monitor competitors and suggest improvements for better engagement and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads – preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic designing or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and community building.
