Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Lucknow. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring social media channels, and engaging with the online community. Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow our brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Tumblr, and more.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually appealing posts.
  • Run paid ad campaigns targeting international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.).
  • Monitor analytics and deliver insights to improve performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and implement best practices to boost reach and conversions.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Proven experience in running international ad campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
