Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence. You will be responsible for designing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, engaging communities, and driving measurable results across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging, high-quality, and platform-specific content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.

3. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Manage and monitor brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry stakeholders.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Prepare actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven learnings.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams on paid campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing/SMO (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools & analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus:

Experience in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, or paid ads.
- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Must be able to create engaging, platform-ready UGC content.
