We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to enhance our digital presence and build engaging communication around our ongoing projects and initiatives.

Position Overview

The Social Media Expert will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media content across platforms. The candidate should be able to design impactful campaigns, increase audience engagement, and drive meaningful online reach through creative storytelling and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals and campaigns.
  • Create and post engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, write-ups) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Manage daily posting, content scheduling, and audience interaction.
  • Plan and execute awareness and branding campaigns for ongoing urban development and social initiatives.
  • Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to evaluate reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and digital opportunities to enhance visibility.
  • Handle paid promotions and ad campaigns to boost targeted reach (optional but preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in
  • Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
  • Experience:

2–4 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics (Meta Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent creative writing and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and campaign planning.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro preferred).
  • Ability to analyze insights and optimize performance for better reach.
  • Passionate about urban development, sustainability, and public communication.
