We are a fast-growing travel company based in Lucknow, committed to building a powerful brand presence through creative and data-driven digital strategies. We are looking for a passionate and performance-oriented Social media executive to lead and execute full-funnel digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategize, manage, and grow brand presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

*Plan, script, and coordinate content calendars in line with brand tone and seasonal trends

*Run and support Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns (basic to intermediate level)

*Monitor CTR, engagement, trends, and reach across all platforms and implement best practices

*Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media analysis tools to track and report performance

*Write creative scripts for reels, engaging captions, and content for branding campaigns – a strong flair for creative writing is essential

*Create and present weekly/monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, and ROI metrics

*Track and analyze ad campaigns, identify gaps, and optimize for better results

*Collaborate with the creative team for shoot planning and execution for social media ads and content

*Develop branding and marketing strategies tailored to target audiences and market goals

Key Skills Required:

*Strong knowledge of social media management and trends

*Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystem

*Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data

*Knowledge of ROI, Reach, Engagement metrics

*Strong in content planning, scripting, and execution

*Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Suite, Google Analytics, or similar

*Ability to work with creative teams for shoot execution

*Detail-oriented with strong reporting and presentation skills
